MACS is a family of nine Catholic schools in the Greater Charlotte area. MACS handles the admissions, financial aid, transportation, after school care and summer camp for all nine schools. All schools are co-ed and fully accredited.
MACS accepts students for PK, TK, K - 12th grade. We are a Catholic school system but welcome students and families of all faiths and backgrounds into our school community.
The non-refundable application fee of $110 is due per student upon completion of the application.
Please do not contact ABC Educational Services directly for scheduling. There is no additional fee for testing conducted by ABC Educational Services. Additionally, testing results will be sent to the MACS Admissions Office and your checklist will be updated accordingly. Results will be made available to parents when acceptance notifications are sent.

Do you have rolling admissions?
Yes! Applications received after February 29, 2020 will be considered Rolling Admissions. Decisions will be determined on a rolling basis and subject to availability. Waitlists may apply.
Do I need to set up a login once I click Apply Online?
Yes. Each family will need to set up an account. You DO NOT need a separate account/login for each student. You will need a separate application for each student, even if one sibling is already a MACS student.
Does MACS accept paper applications?
No, not anymore. We are only accepting online applications at this time.
Does the admissions timeline apply to siblings of current students?
Yes. The admissions dates/timeline apply for new students as well as siblings of current MACS students.
Where do I find the Parish Participation Voucher?
During the application process, you will download the Parish Participation Voucher to be completed by your pastor.
Do I schedule my own testing for grades TK, K - 8?
No. ABC Educational Services will contact you to schedule testing AFTER you have submitted an application.
How do I submit my proof of Physical Exam and Immunizations?
When completing your application, you will upload these documents in your student's checklist.
